- **No minimum order.** We handle orders from $1,000 to $500,000+.
- **No upfront retainer.** Commission is only due when you confirm the order.
- **On-site services quoted separately:** Factory visit ($150), third-party QC, trade-show accompaniment.

## Quality Guarantee

- If we fail to deliver matched factories within the promised timeframe, the commission is refunded in full.
- On-site costs already incurred are not refundable.
- We do not take commissions from factories — our loyalty is to the buyer.
