I'm the person who reads your message when you fill out the form on this site. I also run the factory search, check the quotes, and follow your order through production. That's not a department — it's me.

I've been in Shenzhen since 2015. Before YuSourcing I worked on the factory side — first in components, then in assembly. I know what a production line looks like when it's actually running, and I know what it looks like when someone cleaned it up five minutes before your visit.

YuSourcing started because I kept watching buyers make the same mistakes: trusting the first quote, skipping the factory check, assuming the sample and the bulk would match. The mistakes aren't stupid — the system is opaque. I built this to make it less so.

What I actually do

• Read every inquiry that comes in. If I can't source it, I say so within 24 hours.
• Visit factories before I send you a match. Not every time — but enough to know who's real.
• Check quotes line by line. Factory price on one line, our fee on another. Nothing hidden.
• Follow orders through production. Weekly photos, pre-shipment inspection, shipping coordination.
• Answer WhatsApp messages. Usually within 12 hours, same day if you write before midnight China time.

What I don't do

• Promise matches outside consumer electronics. If it's not earbuds, charging, wearables, phone accessories or mounts, I'll tell you straight.
• Mark up factory prices. Your quote shows two numbers. Compare it yourself.
• Disappear after you pay. The same person who found the factory follows it to the port.
• Write fake reviews. When I have real ones, I'll put them here.
