Factory finding, quotes & negotiation, order follow-up, shipping coordination — that's the full list. Tiered rates from 2.5% to 8%, with a $50 minimum on orders under $625. Any fee is shown before you commit.
◷ On-site services — quoted separately
Factory visits, third-party QC, and trade-show accompaniment — billed separately, at real cost, quoted before you commit. A factory visit is $150. Other on-site work is quoted based on the job. Optional, always. Sample handling: $10 per factory. Sample three factories, that's $30 — each takes a call, a request, and follow-up on our side. I'll consolidate your samples into one shipment to save you freight. If we fail to deliver, my commission payment is refunded in full. On-site costs already incurred are not.
A $12,000 order pays $740. Here's the math:
First $2,000 → 8% = $160 · $2,000–10,000 → 6% = $480 · $10,000–12,000 → 5% = $100
Total: $740 — about 6.2% blended. Nothing due until you order.

"What if you can't match my category?" +
Then we'll tell you within 24 hours — honestly, and for free. Some categories fall outside my factory network, and finding that out yourself would cost you weeks. I won't stretch past what I actually know.
"What if the matches aren't good?" +
Tell me early — you're not committed to anything. I'll re-run the search, or tell you honestly that your category isn't a fit. Either way, you can walk away.
"When do I pay — and what's actually included?" +
Nothing until you order. Then it's 50% at order, 50% before shipment. Commission covers factory finding, quotes, sampling, order follow-up and shipping coordination. On-site services are quoted separately and agreed before I do them.
"My order is small and my categories are mixed. Will you still help?" +
That's exactly who I work with. Trial orders start from a few hundred units, and combining several categories across different factories into one shipment is my normal work — not a special request.
"How do I know you're not marking up factory prices?" +
Your quote shows two lines: the factory's price, and my commission. Compare it against any quote you already have. On a $12,000 order, my commission is $740 — about 6.2%. Nothing is hidden inside the factory price.
