What we collect

• Email address — to send you factory matches and follow up.
• Product description — to understand what you're sourcing and find the right factories.
• Optional photos — to show factories exactly what you need.
• IP address and timestamp — for spam protection and to confirm this policy version was active when you submitted.

How we use it

Your product details go only to the 2–3 shortlisted factories we match you with. They are not posted, not shared with anyone else, and not used for marketing.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not retarget you with ads.

How long we keep it

• If you don't place an order: 90 days, then deleted.
• If you place an order: kept with the order record for as long as required by tax and accounting rules, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Message Damon on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. No forms, no delays — one message and it's done.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. We run a Meta Pixel for basic page-view analytics only. You can block it with any ad blocker — it won't break the site.
